COACHING TESTIMONIALS

Main coaching areas

  • Who is this for? Students applying to music programs in the US and Europe — Berklee, CCM, Johns Hopkins, and similar. If you're serious about getting in, this is for you.

What do we actually work on? Portfolio and audition prep, personal statements, program selection, and interview readiness. I also help you figure out whether a particular school is actually worth the investment — not every program is.

Why you and not another admissions consultant? I graduated from Berklee. I've spent 20 years working in the industry — composing for games, film, and media. I know what these programs teach, what they don't, and what actually matters on the other side.

  • Who is this for? Professionals, creatives, and students who want to communicate with more clarity and presence — whether that's on stage, on camera, or in a room.

What does coaching look like? We work on structure, delivery, and confidence. That could mean preparing a keynote, sharpening how you pitch your work, or simply getting more comfortable with a microphone in front of you.

What's your background in this? I've led communication programs across Toastmasters District 85 and I chair the Club Excellence Program. Teaching people to speak well is something I've done for years — it's not a side interest.

  • Who is this for? Musicians and creatives who are talented but stuck — unclear on direction, unsure how to build something sustainable, or wondering whether the path they're on is still the right one.

What do we cover? Identity, positioning, and realistic planning. What makes your work distinct, where the opportunities actually are, and how to stop waiting for permission to build the career you want.

Is this just for musicians? It started there, but no. If you're a creative professional navigating the tension between doing meaningful work and making a living from it, we can talk.
